From an Article in the New York Times, Trump has "deported" several "supposed" gang members, perhaps Venezuela immigrants. The facts are a bit sketchy here, but I suppose the Trump administration prefers that way.
It seems they had deported "supposed gang members" But what proof did they have about that? And what judge ruled they were "gang members" and should be deported, It seems the Trump administration has no intention of following the "due process" of law with immigrants, and other items.
They have also this week deported someone who was at a protest at a university. Who was a USA citizen even. With no trial as well. NOTE there are first amendment rights to assemble and protest, They likely did not respect that persons rights to protest. It seems they plan to do the same with many protestors
in this article, a judge had blocked deportations based on an older law. that the Trump administration was trying to use, something from the 1800's or earlier
again and again it seems they evade the laws, statutes, and even the courts in most of everything this administration is doing. Such as cutting funds that the Congress had approved for spending, Even laying off thousands without reason, and illegally from the federal work force.
They seem to want to make DEI hiring and placement practices illegal, I do not know how, it is not illegal to do that from any law or court ruling I have heard of.
The MAGA's (trumps followers) seem to think this is all just fine, and the GOP congress does too, But the long term negative effects this will have on our democracy are enormous. It is completely outside the constitutional powers of the three branches of government and worse
IMHO
